Cashflow365 is cloud-based accounting software designed for small businesses. It provides invoicing, expense tracking, and financial management tools to help users maintain accurate financial records.
3. Account Registration
To use Cashflow365, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Subscription and Payment
Subscription Plans: Cashflow365 offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing.
Payment: Payment for the subscription is due in advance. We accept credit or debit card payments and instant eft via Owzo, Paystack and PayFast.
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the end of the current billing period.
5. Intellectual Property
Cashflow365 and all related intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, are owned by Ohsome Labs (Pty) Ltd or our licensors. You may not modify, copy, distribute, or otherwise use the Software for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
6. Data Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Cashflow365, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ohsome Labs (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of Cashflow365.
8. Termination
Ohsome Labs (Pty) Ltd may terminate your account and access to Cashflow365 at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Changes to Terms
Ohsome Labs (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.

Ohsome Labs (Pty) Ltd strives to provide a reliable and efficient service. We aim for a system uptime of 99.99% and will respond to customer support inquiries within 48 hours.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
Cashflow365 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ohsome Labs (Pty) Ltd and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of Cashflow365.
16. Force Majeure
Ohsome Labs (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
